About My Clients
Are you wondering if you are an ADHD, Autistic, or Gifted person? Have you been diagnosed, but haven't received the right kind of treatment? I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy, which doesn't try to "fix" you, but rather honors ADHD, Autistic, and Gifted brain types and teaches solutions for their challenges. You may be struggling with chronic stress, burn out, education/work, relationships, executive functioning, self-harm, suicidality, complex trauma and more.
My Background and Approach
I offer short-term treatment plans that have you feeling better in months, not years. I use an effective nervous system therapy model designed to reduce dysregulation patterns, sensory issues, executive functioning challenges, suicidality/self-harm, trauma activation, and more. I take a collaborative approach to session notes and treatment planning, which empowers you to be part of the process! Therapy is tailored to fit the clients' needs, desires, and goals. I create a safe and compassionate space that feels friendly and welcoming. I provide individual and group psychotherapy using holistic, somatic (body-based), and spiritual methods. Music, movement, yoga, dance, nature, and art can be incorporated if desired. I draw upon my personal trauma healing experiences as well as professional to create a unique blend of therapies that is effective in reducing suffering.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Let's be real. I support others best when I have personal experience of what they have been through. I need to really "get it" in order to be of service in the fullest. I am on a mission to serve the communities I represent and have a deep connection with. I personally identify as neurodivergent (Autistic/ADHD/Gifted), white/Latinx, pansexual, demisexual, genderqueer, an empath, and am polyamorous. I am passionate about working with these populations and helping them to feel seen, understood, and validated.
