My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the transformative power of feeling truly seen and accepted. As a queer-friendly, kink-aware, and sex-positive therapist, I create inclusive space for all identities and relationship structures. My lived experiences navigating multicultural and multifaith dynamics—as a South Asian therapist married in an interracial relationship—influence my understanding of intersectionality and belonging. I support movements for social justice, including LGBTQ+ rights and racial equity, and strive to offer culturally competent, affirming care to those often left out of traditional mental health spaces. I also mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and advocate for mental wellness in high-achieving communities, because I believe success and emotional well-being can coexist.
