I have specialized training in treating sexual pain, erection and ejaculation difficulties, sexual desire discrepancy in couples, low libido, infidelity/betrayal, compulsive sexual behaviors, and working with sexual minorities such as the LGBTQIA+, polyamory, kink and sex work communities.

With extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), I am passionate about guiding couples towards deeper emotional connections and renewed intimacy. I prioritize the cultivation of secure emotional bonds within relationships, offering a path to genuine connection and mutual understanding. This evidence based approach forms the cornerstone of my practice, empowering couples to navigate challenges and rediscover joy and fulfillment in their partnership(s).

Being gay or lesbian is not limited to sexual behaviors. It is also about attraction and attachment (psychological, emotional, mental and spiritual) to a member of one's own gender. Gay Affirmative Therapy (GAT) takes the position that there is nothing wrong with being gay or lesbian. What's wrong is what is done to gay men and women by a homophobic, heterosexist society. GAT focuses on repairing the harm done, helping individuals move from shame to pride.

I educate individuals with scientifically accurate information about the disease of addiction. I am also affirming of AA/12-step and Buddhist recovery programs. I empower people to become active participants in improving and maintaining their own recovery. I am aware of some of the more common challenges and pitfalls in recovery. I can offer tools needed to improve your health and make positive changes in your life.
