About My Clients
We live within various systems and institutions that impact how we navigate our lives in relation to each other. My work is grounded in community care, growth, liberation, joy, resilience, justice, and healing. I am passionate about working with intersectional identities of race, gender, sexuality, and neurodivergence around topics of trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, polyamory/ENM, kink/BDSM, and other alternative lifestyles.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in liberation, relational, and psychodynamic work through anti-oppressive and social justice lenses, and includes modalities such as narrative therapy, somatic work, and mindfulness. I find it incredibly fulfilling to continuously build relationships through empathy, curiosity, and compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
For me, therapy is a process and a relationship. I believe in healing through authentic and genuine connection. I am here to invite and support you in exploring connections to yourself, your communities, and the world around you. How can we explore what authenticity looks and means for you?
