About My Clients

I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, struggle with managing their emotions, or experience challenges with low self-esteem. You may feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, frustration, or emotional reactivity, unsure of how to move forward. My practice is a space where you can explore these feelings with understanding and care, whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, or personal growth.

My Background and Approach

As a Peruvian-American queer psychologist based in San Diego, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional world. I specialize in supporting patients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or struggle to regulate their emotions, including those living with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. I create therapeutic spaces that foster safety, belonging, and curiosity; where patients feel seen and heard. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of identity, power, and privilege, and I take pride in offering neurodiverse-inclusive and queer-affirming care. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC, and mixed-identified patients. My goal is to support patients as they embrace their authentic selves while building resilience and navigating life’s challenges.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
