Our experience enables us to offer tele-based online therapy. Our counseling is culturally humble and gender affirming. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals from all backgrounds. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a individualized treatment plan.
My Background and Approach
I received my M.A. in Psychology from Seattle University, and I completed my internship at Seattle Counseling Service. I am a veteran on the United State Navy. Existential Therapy focuses on free will, self-determination, and the search for meaning. This approach often centers on you rather than on the symptom you are experiencing. The approach emphasizes your capacity to make rational choices and to develop to your maximum potential. Change does not happen overnight and is not one sided. Similar to most forms of therapy, existential therapy is most beneficial for an individual who is willing to engage in honest self-evaluation. The therapist’s job is not to “fix” the individual or make unpleasant situations go away. Existential therapy provides individuals with new perspectives, lasting change and provides individuals with new perspectives, lasting change and provide insight for the anxieties of life like freedom, death, responsibility, and meaninglessness
