My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental health is about more than just treating symptoms – it's about empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. My approach to psychiatry is integrative, which means that I draw on a range of modalities and techniques (including therapy, psychoeducation, nutrition/supplementation, mindfulness techniques, sleep analysis and medication management when appropriate) to help my patients achieve their goals. I believe in the importance of addressing both the biological and psychosocial factors that contribute to mental health conditions, and I work closely with my patients to develop thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences.
