I am trained in EMDR since 2006 and have taken classes to use with children, and to combine with somatic therapies.

I am trained since 2005 in Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), an effective and gentle trauma treatment therapy that can help release traumatic emotions from past events, reprocess negative beliefs, instill and develop positive beliefs and qualities. I am also trained in EFT/tapping and other safe techniques that help with emotions, beliefs, and chronic pain, that clients can learn and use at home as needed.
