I work with people struggling to find effective ways to handle big emotions and life events. As people go through major life events, pressures of getting older, and unprecedented times, sometimes stress, anger, hopelessness, and other emotions become too much to handle alone. I believe that you are your own best storyteller and I want to work to help you to reach your goals.
My Background and Approach
While all people are trying their best and want to build healthy and happy lives, the resources and skills to do so can feel out of reach. I use a multitude of modalities including expressive arts, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma informed approaches, and more to help you reach your goals while fitting your therapy to your needs.
