I offer a unique approach to healing that honors all of who you are and what you bring to this work. This can include talking while we walk, more traditional forms of therapy, and yoga based on your individual needs, preferences, and intuition.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe growth occurs when we courageously stay along the edges of our comfort zone and gently press into that boundary widening it inch by inch. I believe healing occurs when we fully allow ourselves to feel our pain, to sit with it, to befriend it, and to find out that it has edges and boundaries ... a beginning and an end.
