About My Clients
As one who is part of the queer community, I have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ adults and non-monogamous relationships. Grief, depression, anxiety, sexual functioning, gender identity, sexual orientation, political climate, spiritual & religious trauma, infidelity, couples, friendship, and marriage counseling, non-monogamy, and coming out are just some of the issues that I can explore with you. I am also kink-affirming.
My Background and Approach
By using a person-centered and pragmatic approach, my goal is to create an open, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and identity, heal from past wounds, enhance your relationships, and feel comfortable with who you are. I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions. I want to collaborate with you on pricing! Please reach out with any questions, I'm happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable! I also take clients through Open Path. This is a resource that allows clients to pay between $40-$70. Reach out if you'd like to benefit from this resource.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I went through my own journey of discerning my sexuality, I struggled to find someone that could meet me at the intersection of spirituality and sexuality. I realized I could be that person so I went back to school and earned a Master of Clinical Psychology. I am social justice oriented and identify as pansexual and am active in the queer community. I am also active in my spiritual practices and find spirituality in various places such as at the local Hecate Temple, yoga, Zen Buddhism, among others. My goal is to offer a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory space for any and all. I have education and training in anti-racism, human rights, non-violent communication, and religion and have worked with every generation in some capacity. I also have extensive experience in working with death, dying, grief, and trauma. If you would like to learn more about how I can walk with you on your journey, feel free to reach out!
