I work with people who are going through life transitions, healing from trauma, and want to learn healthy coping skills for better managing mental health symptoms. I have a specific interest in women's issues, chronic illness, substance use disorders, and helping people learn assertive communication and boundary setting skills to build and maintain healthy relationships. My goal is to help you find what feels good for YOU. The therapeutic process is dynamic and we will evolve as you do!
My Background and Approach
I strongly believe in the connection between our minds and bodies and want you to feel like the truest, most centered version of yourself. In session, I focus on values, mindfulness, acceptance, healthy communication skills, harm-reduction, and building self-compassion. I am EMDR trained and my practice is trauma-informed and honors each person as an individual.

My style focuses on values-based exploration, mindfulness, mind-body connection, and acceptance.
