About My Clients
We are all on a constant journey of self-discovery and healing, but you don’t have to go on this journey alone. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, life changes, relationship difficulties, or even feeling unsure of exactly what is keeping you from your full potential, I am here to help guide you to feeling some relief. As your therapist I will work with you to develop coping skills, change negative self-talk, and find ways to achieve your goals.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Tennessee and my Bachelors in Psychology from Michigan State University My approach to therapy is dependent on each client’s wants and needs. I recognize that each client is the expert of their own life and that my role is to be a safe, non-judgmental person who helps guide you to becoming closer to who you want to be. I use a strengths-based approach to empower clients to make positive and meaningful life changes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone should have the opportunity to be able to have someone to help guide them through a life of self-discovery and self healing.
