My Background and Approach
As a therapist, my educational and professional experience has focused on supporting individuals, especially from marginalized populations, who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and hopeless. I have trained extensively under leading trauma-therapy experts, including Gabor Mate, Richard Schwartz, Bessel Van Der Kolk, and David Grand. This experience has equipped me to work with people to heal from the past, nurture connection with their authentic self, and live in the present moment with peace and clarity
