I believe that each of us is truly unique and individualistic. We must be treated as such. I will never make the same treatment plan for two people. I am extremely collaborative with my clients as well. I will provide homework if you AGREE to complete the assignments. I am big on you believing in what we are doing. I love setting goals with my clients; goals that you chose so that YOU get to watch yourself complete each goal!
