About My Clients
Are you often stuck in your own head, overwhelmed, or experiencing intrusive thoughts on a loop? Have others pointed out your "perfectionist" or "people-pleasing" tendencies before? Many of my clients come to me feeling exactly like this. Together, we can explore these challenges, understand their roots, and work towards a brighter, more fulfilling future that is grounded in your values. You deserve a life that isn't defined by worries or self-doubt, and I'm here to help you reclaim it.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of evidence-based interventions and work collaboratively with my clients, creating an individualized treatment plan tailored to their goals. My therapeutic style is strengths-based, warm, and affirming; I prioritize each client’s authentic self throughout treatment, including their unique culture, values, and beliefs. I received my doctorate degree from the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at the University of St. Thomas, where I also completed my pre-doctoral internship in the Center for Wellbeing’s Counseling and Psychological Services. Throughout my training, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings–from college counseling to community mental health–giving me a strong generalist background. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship at the Twin Cities CBT Center, where I first began specializing in anxiety disorder treatment.
