About My Clients
My clients have ranged in age from early childhood to geriatrics. Currently my practice is predominantly young adults, adults, couples, geriatrics and the LGBTQ+ community. I work with a lot of therapists, clinicians, nurses, doctors, and medical residents/fellows. I work with LYRA Health and a lot of businesses/companies/corporations.
My Background and Approach
I am not limited to one approach and use many. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, solution-based, Gestalt, Gottman, and others. I have worked with individuals, families, groups, and couples in a variety of settings since I began practicing. My early experience was at a city Hospital in NY in the outpatient mental health department. There, I worked with children to geriatrics. I have worked in several other outpatient mental health clinics. I’ve been in private practice for over 20 years. I work with a lot of individuals and couples as well as the LGBTQ+ community.
