About My Clients
I support self-aware, creative and intelligent individuals through complex and challenging life transitions. My practice encompasses teens, adults, couples, and families. I have worked with those contending with addiction, eating disorders, trauma, depression, and a range of other issues. If you find yourself at a crossroads and feel overwhelmed, please reach out. We can turn your current challenges into a catalyst for meaningful transformation in your life.
My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic and integrative and considers the influence of broader social, economic, cultural, and environmental contexts. I have formal training in Narrative Therapy, known for the saying, “The person is not the problem. The problem is the problem.” My therapeutic style is inquisitive and open-minded. I incorporate somatic mindfulness interventions to deepen your mind-body connection. While I will challenge you, I believe there is no singular "right way" to live life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe you deserve compassionate support, the dignity to feel valued, and a life that aligns with your core values. My journey into this work was shaped by my own experiences navigating complex trauma, which gave me a deep, experiential understanding of the importance of a holistic approach to well-being. I believe that quality therapy is integrative, taking into account the broader social, economic, cultural, and environmental contexts that influence our lives. I’m passionate about exploring social sciences, philosophy, art, cultural studies, and spirituality—interests that deeply inform my therapeutic style.
