My clients mainly seek healing from critical life transitions, trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing behaviors, and identity challenges. I also enjoy serving those experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and those working in helping professions. My clients seek a comfortable way to decrease and manage difficult emotions and issues.
My Background and Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help remove negative thoughts, self-blame, manage boundaries, and change unhealthy thought patterns. I use Solution Focused Therapy to help you discover a new way to approach situations that trigger your emotions. I use Person-Centered therapy to aid you in finding solutions that promote feelings of empowerment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
