Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Feeling increased stress from the pandemic? Struggling with obsessive behaviors or destructive thought patterns? I believe in providing evidence-based, effective, and high-quality mental health care tailored to everyone. These approaches include CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and PE. You will work one-on-one to increase insight into your thoughts and behaviors to improve function and well-being. I will provide you with a non-judgmental, warm atmosphere. I would love to support you on the journey to healthier versions of yourself. I offer a free 10-min phone consultation. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It takes tremendous courage to come to therapy and devote yourself to inner work and growth. My intention in working with clients is to promote self-understanding and concrete skill-building. It is important that each client owns their agency and trusts their resilience. We will challenge your current thought processes to create a more humane self-narrative.
