Trauma and doesn’t always go away when it’s over and can interfere with everyday life. It can be difficult to move forward, especially when you continue to have frequent symptoms. What if you could not only manage your anxiety, but experience much less of it and create a meaningful life beyond trauma. I know change is hard, but I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
My Background and Approach
I tailor all treatments to your needs and offer EMDR, CBT, DBT, and parts work. Therapy is a place to explore your feelings and experiences. I listen without judgement, ask questions, and guide you through self-reflection. You will receive tools you can use everyday to help you decrease symptoms, stay present, make different choices, and develop healthier relationships. By actively engaging and reflecting on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the safety of a supportive environment, you can make significant changes in your everyday functioning and quality of life. Together, we’ll discover what’s standing in the way of your happiness and reach your goals.
