My Background and Approach
My role is to provide therapy to help you identify your strengths with both Cognitive-Behavioral & Person-Centered therapy that help you adopt more healthy patterns of thinking/behavior. I'm also trained in EMDR, a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life expereinces. My focus is to provide a calm, comfortable, judgment-free environment to help clients improve their quality of life.
