About My Clients

I work with adults and couples struggling with family or relationship conflict, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also enjoy working with clients navigating life changes or exploring purpose and meaning. I often work with young women and non-binary individuals, though I welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds!

My Background and Approach

My style is warm and empathetic, and I work with clients to identify their own strengths. My approach is client-centered, meaning that I trust my clients to be the expert in their own lives and I collaborate with them on therapy goals. I also harness the power of language by empowering clients to examine and challenge their own narratives and thought patterns that may be contributing to their symptoms or struggles. As humans, I believe connection is fundamental to our ability to thrive. We all experience disconnection, whether that is disconnection from our partners, our families, our work, our community, or ourselves. If you are looking to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and apply this insight to your life and relationships, I can help. My goal is to create an inviting, comfortable space for you to work through challenges and reconnect to yourself and others.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Agnosticism
  • Atheism
  • Christianity
  • Judaism
  • Interfaith
  • Multifaith
