My Background and Approach
Dr. Oyvin has completed his medical training in the former Soviet Union, and has worked both in Moscow, Russia and Kiev, Ukraine. After completing his Residency in Psychiatry in the US, at the Bergen Regional Medical Center in 1999, he has worked as an attending Psychiatrist in the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Hackensack University Medical Center, and the Veterans Affairs Hospital.
