I have also spent my career working with LGBTQIA+ folks in finding acceptance in themselves and navigating transition in their lives. I have a passion for guiding individuals through their unique journeys of healing and growth. My approach to therapy is multifaceted, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques including talk therapy, DBT, trauma-informed care, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.
