About My Clients
There is wisdom in acknowledging the present and accepting yourself as you are today without judgement but that is easier said than done. In a world filled with uncertainty and constant change learning to adjust might be harder than before. Therapy is about creating the space to process emotions, release burdens, learn to identify behavioral patterns, set goals, reframe your thoughts, regulate emotions, but ultimately learned to adapt to the inevitable change.
My Background and Approach
I love using somatic interventions such as Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and yoga therapy. I also have training in psychotalk therapy interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I am a 200hr registered yoga teacher. Overall, I'm here to support and let my clients know someone is here for them.
