I assist underrepresented adults, immigrants, and children of immigrants facing anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, substance use, and relationship challenges. I provide a culturally sensitive, empowerment-based approach to healing, recognizing the impact of intergenerational trauma and cultural identity. If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck, you’re not alone—I'm here to help you regain clarity, resilience, and a path forward.
I support all couples, adult individuals, and families. My purpose is to provide a safe space for the mental, emotional, and spiritual healing from life's challenges. I strive to get to the root of the presenting issue. Whether you struggle with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. This healing process is all about YOU discovering and presenting to the world your best self.

My experience with clients tend to be adults between the ages of 18-65, across the racial, gender, and sexual orientation spectrum; I work with individuals, couples, and occasionally facilitate a DBT Skills Group. I hold space for those who’ve felt like outsiders—whether due to trauma, race, queerness, or a combination of underserved or historically excluded identities. As a queer, kinky, poly Black man, my own lived experience brings an extra layer of understanding to my work.
