A sexual problem, sometimes called a sexual dysfunction, is a problem during any phase of the sexual sexual act (such as desire, arousal or orgasm). Although many people experience trouble with sex at some point, it is a topic that many people are hesitant to discuss. There are a number of specific sexual disorders, including sexual desire disorders (low libido), sexual arousal disorders (inability to become aroused – erectile dysfunction or vaginal dryness, for example), orgasm disorders (delay or non-appearance of orgasms) and sexual pain disorders (painful intercourse, most commonly affecting women). A sexual problem can occur suddenly or develop slowly, over an extended period of time. The reasons for sexual problems can widely vary but may include factors such as fluctuating hormones, aging, stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, diet, medications, illness or past sexual trauma. If you are dealing with sexual problems, a qualified professional therapist can help you identify the cause and help you develop ways to cope. I work with young adults and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, issues related to drugs or alcohol, and those recovering and healing from trauma. I have supported individuals in exploring their gender and sexuality and embrace non-binary, trans, and queer identities. I also specialize in perinatal, postpartum, and parental mental health. Many of my clients are mental health care providers themselves, who need clinical supervision or emotional support.
I work closely with adults of varying age and life experience - particularly those clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression, those experiencing relationship difficulty, identify as LGBTQIA+, are participants in non-monogamous and polyamorous, kink and alt-sex communities, and those who are simply looking for a practitioner whose approach is non-judgmental and genuinely sex-positive.

I enjoy working with individuals aged 15 and older, especially those from the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating challenges like eating disorders. I believe everyone deserves to be heard, and my goal is to provide support, be a resource, and help clients navigate life in a positive way. My focus is on my clients’ well-being, whatever that may look like for them, and I aim to ensure they leave feeling just a little better than when they first arrived.

My ideal client is one who is searching for counseling for the first time or has a new or ongoing life stressors that has resurfaced. That want to be heard in a safe, non judgmental, and confidential environment. As part of the human race; we all have skeletons in our closet. We all have made mistakes.Believe me I make some daily, and even make some continually. We are all vulnerable. We all have what we show the world and what we show a select few.
