My clients span presenting issues and challenges. I know that sometimes taking the step to getting support and help in therapy seems overwhelming and I celebrate you for being here! I also know that the experiences you’ve had leading up to exploring therapy have likely been even more overwhelming, and that you deserve to feel relief, comfort, and care for and from yourself. I specialize in working with grief, loss, transition, and relational traumas which have disrupted your sense of Self.

At Resilience Lab I specialize in helping children, adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma. That trauma can take any form — developmental, single-incident, or complex. Many people who have experienced trauma also face various mental health issues. I help them reclaim their lives. I have unique insight into the experiences of people who are immigrants, refugees, or survivors of sexual abuse.
My ideal clients are motivated individuals who are navigating anxiety, relational and women's mental health issues, trauma, and significant life changes. They are looking to understand themselves better, overcome challenges, and lead more meaningful and authentic lives. I specialize in working with women, particularly around issues related to perinatal and postpartum mental health.
Are you someone who struggles with food and body image? You wake up in the morning proclaiming that you're going to be "better" that day, only to find yourself a few hours later in the same cycle? Does it seem like food runs your entire life? It can feel like no matter what you do, there's no way out of this trap you're in. In my work with clients I assist them in uncovering the reasons why food is controlling their life. It may seem like it's all about the food, but it's not.
With years of experience living in diverse environments, I bring a deep cultural sensitivity to my work. As a bilingual therapist in English and Mandarin, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can openly share your story, knowing that I will listen with care and without judgment. My goal is to see and learn about your unique experiences and support you in finding the healing and growth you deserve. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to meet your needs.
