About My Clients
I'm passionate about working with adults around topics of: sex therapy, kink/ BDSM, non-monogamy, bisexuality (especially in straight passing relationships), sex workers, body image, anti-diet, body & food concerns, fatness, anxiety & depression, neurodivergence, self-identified weirdos, relationships & dating, and self compassion. And with adolescents/ teens around topics such as: gender & sexuality issues, self-identity concerns & identity exploration, art & creativity, and family conflict.
My Background and Approach
I bring elements of feminist theory, social justice theory, attachment theory, and queer theory together with solution-based techniques to create a holistic approach to rewrite your story the way you want it to be. We’ll uncover what’s holding you back between the trauma, the systemic barriers, and the societal expectations. We can work together to unlearn what we’ve been taught and challenge the impacts of oppressive systems. While working for change at larger levels, we can create space for healing and empowerment on the personal level.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer, non-monogamous, cis-gendered woman, I welcome the opportunity to talk about LGBTQIA+, open relationships, kink, and sexuality as whole with adult couples and individuals. In addition to my work with adults, I also welcome the opportunity to work with adolescents who are seeking to find their spot in the world. Gender and sexuality concerns can be huge barriers to that childhood magic, and I love working with teens to help them discover their individual spark again. You can find humor and warmth in my sessions, and I hope to disrupt how you think a typical therapist should be. Whether you’re an adolescent or an adult, the space we create together is unique and collaborative.
