About My Clients
If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck in your life, you're not alone. My practice is designed to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My clients are often individuals who are struggling with anxiety, seeking to understand and improve their attachment styles and relationships, navigating the challenges of being in a romantic relationship, or those who are exploring their LGBTQIA identity and seeking support and validation.
My Background and Approach
I subscribe to psychodynamic theories, alongside interventions of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Expressive Arts to elicit change. I practice using a person-centered lens, aiming to approach each client with non-judgmental curiosity to create a customized treatment that works for you (it is your treatment after all!).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy should be a space where you feel accepted and safe to be authentically you! Since the healing journey is tied to environmental, political, social, and economic factors- I feel it is a therapist's responsibility to hold each client within the larger context of their lived experiences. I firmly believe in everyone’s unique capacity for growth and healing, and aim to create warm therapeutic relationships grounded in collaboration and empowerment.
