Life is hard and everyone deserves to have a space to process and better understand oneself and how to navigate stressful scenarios in a healthy manner. My Background and Approach
As a clinical therapist I provide person centered support and often utilize Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and mindfulness along with other modalities to support a client's specific needs. My approach to counseling is informed by over 10 years leading youth programming for teens and supporting marginalized communities with wellness and practical resources on navigating daily life. I have experience in school systems, with families new to America, and supporting individuals experiencing life stressors within themselves, their relationships, or society. It is my goal to provide a brave space where individuals are seen and valued.
