My Background and Approach

I'm an LCPC with 10 years of practice and extensive experience with trauma and complex trauma, women's issues, feminist psychology, LGBTQ* issues and trans issues, systems of oppression, relationship conflicts, perinatal mental health, and parenting.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Black lives matter. People deserve affirming care. LGBTQ* rights are human rights. Trauma plays a significant role in intrapsychic pain. Systemic oppression is incredibly damaging. Kindness and compassion are important. In therapy, we repair the hurts of others while taking responsibility for ourselves. We are wired for connection; we all deserve compassion.
