About My Clients
My clients come to me for a lot of reasons – to address anxiety & depression, resolve relationship conflict, and experience greater freedom and play in their sexual lives. I also have extensive experience treating trauma, and I use a variety of interventions, including EMDR.
My Background and Approach
It has been my experience that every person has an innate drive and ability to grow, especially when held in compassion and provided with practical, evidence-based tools for health & wellbeing. It has been a gift to support clients whose identities include the full range of human possibilities – men, women, non-binary people, straight & queer identifying, transgendered folks, people of all manner of religious identities, ethnicities, and racial identities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe connected relationships are essential for all of us to live full and rewarding lives, individually & collectively. We can always learn new relationship skills that can help us feel better about ourselves and our loved ones. When we learn to relate to ourselves and others with love, consideration, honesty, & passion, all aspects of our lives expand in strength and joy. Finding the right therapist can be hard which is why I offer a full, 20-minute consultation free of charge with my assistant Kashmira to discuss your therapy goals, see if you are a good fit for my practice.
