About My Clients

I have professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specializes in anxiety and domestic violence.

My Background and Approach

I have a passion for mental health and supporting those on their journey to wellness. My approaches include person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psycho-education. I integrate mental, physical and spiritual health to help her clients achieve overall wellness. I believe in using a holistic approach tailored to fit your needs. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy – your story is unique to you. I have my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College in 2017. I also am a School Counselor, working with middle and high school students and their families.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

We all face challenging feelings that interfere with our daily lives; these feelings are normal, however, sometimes we need help to develop the right tools to deal with them in a healthy way. As a child, I suffered from anxiety at home and in school, panic attacks, and partner violence. Through my own therapy, I learned how to handle my anxiety and move past it so that it didn't have control over me. I don't discriminate against anyone. I make it a point to participate in community actions that support the LGBTQ community and the Black Lives Matters movement. I also love traveling and watching movies! If you want to learn more about how I can help, shoot me a message.
