About My Clients
I work with all populations and focus on the LGBTQA+ community and religious trauma, in addition to ADHD, depression, anxiety, anger, eating disorders, trauma, stress, and a variety of individual and family concerns from ages 5-adulthood.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with a master's of science in counseling psychology in 2014, and with a bachelor's of science in psychology and philosophy in 2012. I then focused on getting trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy certified as well as board certified in telemental health through the National Board of Certified Counselors. I became a state of Oklahoma LPC supervisor this past winter as well. I work primarily from a person centered, solution focused, feminist therapy standpoint as well as integrate creative strategies and interventions including but not limited to: dance, art, writing, gaming, animal, and other creative interventions.
