About My Clients
Do you ever feel so overwhelmed it feels impossible to get through the day? Maybe you struggle to communicate your needs to your partner? Friends? Boss? Maybe the anxiety and stress from school, work, or your relationships has burnt you out the point where it feels like you're walking through mud? Therapy is an extremely powerful tool to help you navigate life's challenges, big or small. I offer couples and individual therapy to support you having the life you want (and deserve!).
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I center the therapeutic relationship to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your stories, thoughts, and feelings. If you're experiencing symptoms as a result of anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, and whatever life stressors come your way, my goal is to offer space to support healing and growth. My therapeutic values align with anti-capitalist, liberation, and feminist frameworks. I look at the whole person, your surroundings, your experience. I hold these aspects of you and your stories in high regard. My background has included working with children, folks experiencing psychosis, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
