About My Clients
I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for my clients to explore their challenges and struggles. My expertise lies in working with survivors of cultic, religious/spiritual abuse, and survivors of the troubled teen industry. My approach is trauma-informed and focused on helping individuals heal from the traumatic experiences they have endured. In addition, I work with clients who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, autism, and OCD. I am also LGBTQ+ aligned.

With a deep understanding of trauma and its impacts, I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients to help them process and integrate difficult experiences in a way that promotes resilience and well-being. At the core of my practice is a profound respect for each person's unique journey, and a belief in the transformative power of compassion, empathy, and authentic connection.
