My Background and Approach
I am an Alabama Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Ashleigh Goggins, LPC-S, NCC. I have a Bachelors of Art (B.A) in Criminal Justice and a Master's of Science (M.S.) focused in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Fort Valley State University. I am skilled in vocational rehabilitation counseling, mental health counseling, crisis prevention and intervention, and advanced grief training. I offer listening therapy, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), grief therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and an eclectic modality to fit your specific need(s).

I believe that you are allowed to feel real emotions and heal on your own time.
