Services
About My Clients
I help individuals who have experienced or witnessed interpersonal trauma, such as domestic violence/intimate partner violence, sexual assault, emotional abuse, and/or child abuse by helping them to process events that have happened, and by learning how to cope with trauma symptoms. I also help individuals who are curious about their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. More specifically, I specialize in working with trans+ individuals as they navigate their identity and/or transition.
My Background and Approach
I have multiple years of experience working with individuals who have experienced or witnessed interpersonal trauma. I have experience working with individuals and their children within a shelter setting who have recently left an abusive partner, and helping them to process the trauma they have experienced. I have also worked with clients who are contemplating leaving their partner, and how to navigate this safely. I am also an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoy helping individuals explore and navigate their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender-affirming care. I have multiple years of experience helping individuals navigate their identity and helping them feel more confident living authentically as themselves, navigating and learning about various systems (such as gender-affirming care, name changes, binding, etc.), and processing various traumas that can come with being part of a marginalized community.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each client deserves a therapeutic space that is individualized, safe, and an environment where they can be vulnerable. If anything on my profile has resonated with you, I encourage you to reach out and schedule a free consultation today. It takes a lot of courage to get this far in your pursuit of healing and growth, and I am here if you're ready for support.
