My Background and Approach
I have more than 3 years of post-graduate experience working in a variety of practice settings including crisis intervention, conducting assessments for psychiatric hospitalization, and providing therapeutic interventions for individuals admitted to a psychiatric unit. I integrate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. Therapy is not a one size fits all, and each person needs an individualized approach.
