I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges, as well as those experiencing anxiety, anger, or relationship concerns. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can work through these issues with compassion, curiosity, and courage.
My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative, blending somatic techniques with mindfulness-based therapies to support clients in deep, lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to explore issues, including trauma, anxiety, and relationship dynamics. I’m especially passionate about using Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic approaches to help you connect mind and body, manage stress, and build resilience. Nature-based interventions and mindfulness practices are central to my work, supporting clients in finding grounding and clarity. I’m currently accepting new clients.
