About My Clients
I strive to help my clients create balance in their lives. I completed my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Chicago, IL at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. As a trauma-sensitive therapist, I work through an integrative lens when providing care. My clinical approach will vary depending on the client’s experiences, preferences, needs, strengths, and goals.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive training in Person-Centered therapy, Substance-Use Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, and more. I am trained to help individuals treat a variety of mental health concerns and diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, gender, sexuality, and more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe taking a holistic, collaborative, culturally-sensitive, client-centered approach is essential to help individuals from various populations accomplish their goals for treatment.
