If you are someone who feels they are constantly trying to "figure it out", but can't quite put their finger on what "it" is, then you've stopped at the right place. You may feel like you've been riding this rollercoaster with no end in sight, and you just want to be able to step off, and step in to the life you know you deserve. It's time to get out of chaos and enter into peace. I am here to walk along this journey with you and close the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be.
My Background and Approach
I have years of varied experience working with both teens and adults with specialized training in CBT, DBT and Somatic Interventions. It is my goal as your therapist to meet you where you are, and create space for you there. I am well versed in mental health challenges involving life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, identity development, trauma, problem-solving/decision making, and anxiety and depression.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My guiding philosophy on mental health is that healing is not simply becoming the “best” version of yourself, but it is also letting the “worst” version of yourself be loved. Healing is acknowledging that every single version of you deserves love. Strengthening your mental health takes time and effort. But the healing adds up, little by little. I am committed to walking with you on your journey and guiding you in the direction that is best suited for your life. Thank you for taking your first step with me.
