About My Clients
My clients are resilient individuals navigating OCD, high anxiety, trauma, phobias, or neurodivergence. Many feel stuck in patterns of fear, overwhelm, or self-doubt, longing for relief and personal growth. They are ready to challenge what holds them back and value a collaborative, compassionate approach. Whether exploring past wounds or building skills to thrive in the present, my clients are committed to creating meaningful change and reclaiming balance and empowerment in their lives.
My Background and Approach
With a master’s in counseling and nearing my doctorate in psychology, I bring expertise and passion to guiding clients on their mental health journeys. My practice focuses on treating OCD, anxiety, trauma, phobias, and neurodivergence, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs. I integrate CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Person-Centered Therapy to address immediate challenges and deeper-rooted issues. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, fostering a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I meet clients where they are, helping them build tools to manage distress while uncovering patterns that drive their struggles. Through skills-based work and deeper exploration, I help clients regain control, find balance, and create meaningful change. My goal is to guide each person toward a flourishing future with hope and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has the strength and potential to grow, heal, and thrive, no matter the challenges they face. I approach therapy with the belief that self-compassion and curiosity are essential tools for understanding ourselves and creating meaningful change. I value authenticity, connection, and the courage it takes to face fears and embrace growth. My work is guided by a holistic perspective, considering the mind, body, and environment as interconnected parts of overall well-being. Outside of work, I’m deeply curious about the human experience and how we make sense of our world. I enjoy exploring psychology, mindfulness, and creative approaches to healing. I also love spending time outdoors, finding grounding and inspiration in nature. Art, books, and meaningful conversations are my favorite ways to unwind and connect. My personal and professional interests often align, as I strive to create a life—and help my clients create lives—rooted in balance, purpose, and joy.
