About My Clients
My ideal client is someone seeking a deeply personal and affirming therapeutic experience—an individual who values connection, authenticity, and collaborative healing. They may be neurodivergent, processing trauma, navigating depression or anxiety, or exploring their identity within the LGBTQ+ community. Above all, they are committed to growth and self-discovery.
My Background and Approach
I provide a compassionate and affirming space for individuals seeking support in their journey toward healing and self-understanding. My practice is highly relational, rooted in deep connection and trust, where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I primarily work with neurodivergent individuals, those processing trauma, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people working through depression and anxiety. My approach acknowledges the unique strengths and challenges of each person, fostering growth through empathetic dialogue, tailored strategies, and meaningful collaboration. Above all, I believe in the power of relationships to transform and heal. Through authentic engagement and mutual understanding, I strive to empower clients as they navigate their own paths toward resilience, self-acceptance, and well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens through connection. Every person carries unique strengths, stories, and struggles, and my role is to create a space where those can be explored with safety and authenticity. I value deep, relational work that honors each individual’s journey, embracing neurodivergence, resilience through trauma, and the complexities of identity. I hold that growth is not about “fixing” but about understanding, accepting, and expanding into one’s full self. I believe in meeting people where they are—offering support that is compassionate, affirming, and free of judgment. Together, we build pathways toward self-awareness, empowerment, and lasting change.
