My Background and Approach
I tailor therapy to meet the needs of each individual and can support you in addressing a wide array of symptoms and challenges. I offer a non-judgmental space in which we will work together to build a better understanding of your emotions and experiences with the ultimate goal of long-lasting and meaningful change. I have a graduate degree from New York University and have training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
