I specialize in helping individuals and couples manage a variety of challenges including managing ADHD, trauma, sex, and sexual and gender identities. My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative. I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, as well as REBT.

I believe in empowerment, authenticity, and honesty to foster insight into patterns and progress towards the goals you seek to achieve. Life's challenges are unavoidable, and support through connection and therapeutic growth can make those challenges feel more manageable. I am a sex-positive, strengths-based, trauma informed, multicultural oriented, LGBTQIA+ affirming, poly affirming, and kink affirming therapist. I am a member of the LGBTQ community.
