About My Clients
I have over 10 years of experience working with adults and children who are experiencing life difficulties. I’ve also worked and have provided support to LGBTQIA individuals, couples, and families, especially Transgender people as well as the Black and Latinos community.
My Background and Approach
We all go through tough times. My job as a therapist is to support your healing and renewal when you have been stunned, wounded, or overwhelmed. In addition to using evidence-based treatments, I believe I can best support you with encouragement, by building on your strengths, and by sharing skills and perspectives. I want to get you back to feeling like the "real you," feeling at peace, connected, and inspired.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You want to build a relationship with a therapist that is trusting and long-lasting, someone you can return to whenever life brings a new challenge. You want someone on your team to help you reach your goals. For therapy to work best, you need to be able to freely express yourself and to feel seen and understood.
