About My Clients

Are you interested in building deeper connection to your strengths? Would you like to be in more consistent relationship to your younger self? Are you moving through the challenges of grief and loss? Are you seeking support navigating the work of relationships? I'm here to collaborate with you in embracing your gifts, making meaning of the tough stuff and living life with greater ease and joy.

My Background and Approach

I utilize a humanistic, trauma-conscious approach to therapy, while incorporating abolitionist values and a deep understanding of the impact of colonialism on our collective and individual mental health. The healing process is non-linear and can be full of twists and turns, but my goal is that you leave our sessions feeling heard and cared for, with a strong sense of how to effectively move through the days ahead.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My areas of specialty are LGBTQ+ issues, relationships and sexual health, intimate partner violence, grief and loss and trauma. As a parent, activist and survivor, my lived experience informs my practice just as significantly as my education and training.

I have experience with the following
  • Agnosticism
  • Atheism
  • Christianity
  • The Satanic Temple
  • Interfaith
